In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. ao9999 does not impose a processing fee on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own charges.

All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — including accounts held by family members, friends, or any other party — are strictly prohibited. ao9999 may reverse any deposit believed to originate from a third-party source and may suspend the associated account pending investigation.

Deposit amounts are credited to your ao9999 balance in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). ao9999 is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations or processing delays caused by your payment provider or financial institution.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever possible. ao9999 targets withdrawal processing times of under five minutes for bKash and Nagad for fully verified accounts; however, processing times are not guaranteed and may be extended during periods of high demand or where additional verification is required.

Before any withdrawal is approved, ao9999 may require you to complete a KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process. This may include submission of:
